Paul Pogba has dismissed rumours of a rift between France team-mates Kylian Mbappe and Olivier Giroud – while also stating he has not yet been offered a new Manchester United contract.
Giroud came off the bench to score a double in France s friendly win over Bulgaria on Tuesday, though he caused a stir in a post-match news conference when he seemed to suggest some irritation at strike partner Mbappe, who failed to pick out the Chelsea forward on several occasions.
During their time together on the pitch, there was only one pass between Giroud and Mbappe, with the former Arsenal man finding the Paris Saint-Germain star, who did not return the favour on any other occasion.
According to reports, a furious Mbappe wanted to hold a news conference to defend himself a…
Square Enix has shared the opening cinematic for the Nier Replicant remaster, which is scheduled to arrive in just a few months. The trailer is a shot-for-shot remake of the original opening cinematic, complete with newly recorded music and voice acting, and it also points to a slight change in some of the art direction.
In the cinematic, we’re given a cursory overview of some of the game’s characters, including fan-favorites Kaine and Emil–the latter also appeared in Nier: Automata, which is a sequel that largely followed new characters. The whole thing is backed by Keiichi Okabe’s mesmerizing soundtrack. Okabe is a longtime collaborator with series director Yoko Taro, also composing music for Nier Automata, Drakengard 3, and the mobile Nier Reincarnation. Come from Impressive Well it didn’t let anyone down did it? What a super game of football we saw at the Emirates last night. Two teams playing great football, attacking, and playing the game the way it is meant to be played. It doesn’t get much better than that. Missed The facts are that Barcelona took a first half lead through David Villa and Arsenal came back in the second half to win 2-1 through goals from Robin van Persie and Andrey Arshavin. Barcelona had a majority of the ball and missed a few chances but Arsenal were always dangerous on the break and had one or two periods where they put Barcelona under serious pressure. The tie is beautifully poised going into the second leg at the Camp Nou and whilst Barcelona will remain favourites, Arsenal are far fro…
